FAQs
1. Is the cost of lunch and transportation included in the Session fee?
No, the cost of the catered lunch and transportation by chartered bus is not included in the $150 Session fee. To cover these costs, each participant pays $60 in cash on the day of the Session.
2. Can you tell me in advance what the itinerary will be?
The schedule is in a state of flux until the very last day before a Session, so it's difficult to announce it in advance. Besides, part of our art adventures is the sense of surprise, which helps to keep our minds open.
3. Can I attend part of the Session?
If time or location is a concern, you can come for part of the Session, though you are still expected to pay the full price for the Session.
4. Are children allowed?
Yes, if they already know how to use a fork and knife. Ha...
5. Will you give me a list of the people and places we visited after the Session?
Yes, you will receive a printed list of all names and addresses of galleries, artist studios, museums, and private collectors we may have visited during the Session. When appropriate, I encourage my Art Gypsies to keep in touch with the people we meet.
6. Where do I keep my car?
You can park your car in the parking lot of Bergamot Station. We normally meet at 10:30 a.m. at Bergamot Station Café.
